Well there was no room cards so we couldn’t come and go as we please we had to wait and have the front desk person let us in every time we came back to the hotel rooms where not clean it was less then a great experience

Extremely limited services even had to take out own trash. Could not receive key card after 10 pm. Front desk had to escort to room to allow entry

Terrible hotel Room was nasty, toilet seat had mold on it, the beds were dirty. Immediately left and asked for a refund; but was told that wasn’t an option. No key or card for the door.

We had live roaches in our room. They wouldn’t move us to a different room until the next day.
