When we first checked in not one time did they say that the two room double bed that we had paid for was not available. It wasn't until we went to put away our bags did we realize that it was only 1 bed per room. They said it was a first come basis and I understand that but we were there before check in and booked way in advance. So they changed us to two rooms one on the third floor with one bed and one in the second floor that had a pull out. But this was only a little hiccup in the night mare here.
