This is my 2nd time I booked a room with this hotel. My first experience was not good but for the price of just needing a place to sleep I felt it would be good enough. I had booked on expedia a queen bed with a sofa bed but when I opened up the door to my room it only had a queen bed. There were no other rooms available for the night and they did not even bother to call me to let me know a room was not available. Rooms were loud, and refrigerator was on the fritz. Room was clean, and manager at front desk was friendly.

Don’t stay here When I made the reservation I was told they usually have a nice breakfast but due to Covid they didn’t have the “grab n go”. I said so we were lied too. In our room everything was damp. Wet feeling. The carpet. The floors The bedding. Also asked why our room wasn’t cleaned, was told they clean once a week. We got no more towels. Nothing. I told person checking us out about about dampness. She said it may be from air conditioner leaking We won’t be back 😢 Also no restaurants even close by

It had a terrible smell when you first walking into the building. Can’t recall what it was but it was n out pleasant. The people above me were screaming and running up and down late at night that trigger the dogs barking. Also found a dirty towel behind my chair that was in my room. WiFi I also a joke because it would disconnect me while I was sitting in my room.

I was sleeping around 2am and something start itching wake up it was a bed bugs i put all my clothes to the trash and go sleep in my truck ....

I found the apartment dirty, the apartment needs better cleaning i found trash did not leave coffee the last day
