I liked that it was quite. But what I didn’t like is the smell my room had. I bought spray just to try and cover it . ( didn’t work.) I appreciate the late check out, but while checking out the woman gave me a rough time had some kind of attitude.

I really like how you needed a key to get into the actual hotel area where the rooms are. I didnt like or know that the front desk closes at a certain time. Coming feom 4 hours away is rough and then when u get there had to wait about15-20 minutes for a person to come down. Also on my last night there tge other person that was with woke up to a cocharoach in her bed with her. We called on our way back home and hacw ro call back because their was no manager on duty or able to talk to til Monday.

First room smelled like an ashtray. Moved rooms. Second room: sink did not drain, plunger was not connected. Told front desk, told them every day, every day they said facilities was supposed to come. Never came. 3 days of toothpaste water in the disgusting sink. No lamp. light switch by bed, but light switch did not turn off the 2 overhead can lights connected to. Travel mate had same dumb lightswitch, and ended up in the ashtray room.

Room was nice and tidy. Very roomy for the price. What I didn't like or appreciate was the fact they nickel and dimed us for everything from asking for CLEAN towels. Yes i had to.pay for clean towels. They refused to let us have two extra towels for the room. We had four adults they said we had to share them. For a week and a half. I had to pay 2.50 for a washer and another 2.25 for a dryer. I had to pay for toilet paper. Dont get me started on dishes or pots and pans. we had issues with bathroom from day one. Super thin walls, dormitory like rooms and hallways, no sound dampening, no carpet, fire alarm sounded at 5am

No good service at all. These people don't give you room service and I've been here 4 weeks. It's sad no clean sheets, no clean pillow cases

Check in hours need explained Without a front desk, they could not check me in at 1:30 a.m. when I arrived. Front deck and check in hours where not explicit on the reservation. I was not able to stay in a room, forcing another room in a different hotel on the block
