I book this room b/c of the kitchen as i cook due to dietary restrictions. There are NO kitchen utensils available....they offer you a box of dishes for $40, buy they wrte out. The place atinks of cigarette smoke. Thete are lots of prison work release people on the property. I did not feel safe! DO NOT STAY IN THIS POORLY MANAGEF PLACE!!!

Return Home from Eli 2nd night The registration desk staff was less than friendly. I had requested a quiet room away from all things that make noise (elevator, stairs, vending/ice machines) and I was accommodated in those areas, but being on the 3rd floor I had a patron above me on the 4th floor that made many, many frequent furniture moves throughout the night which inhibited my sleep. Cockroache found under the sink. No apologies given.Not that it would of make a difference. We didn't sleep there.

Not a family environment They only gave us two towels for the four of us. There was never anyone at the front desk to give us more towels. We had to share and use wet towels our entire stay. Also, the room smelled like pee. In addition, the sign- in clerk commented on my husband's "wad of cash" as he was giving her his ID. Made me feel very uncomfortable.

Unsauber und runtergekommen Die Lage ist (für Geschäftsreisen) okay, weil nahe zum Flughafen, aber das Hotel ist stark renovierungsbedürftig, runtergekommen. Bad sehr unsauber, die keine Küche im Zimmer stark verschmutzt und die gesamte Einrichtung uralt. Hier werde ich nie mehr übernachten!!

Get in before 10pm! or else... Be warned this is an extended stay place.first off, make sure you get there well before 10pm in case there are issues. keep reading you will see. It will be a very different experience as a lot of people are there long term. As i walked up there were a number of smokers who very friendly with the desk clerk, long term guests. Don't stay at WoodSpring Suites Indianapolis Plain Had a reservation with credit card confirmation number. Arrived at 11pm due to snowstorm, they had given away both rooms even though were held with credit card. Area hotels were charging double to take advantage of weather. BAD BUSINESS! The Super 8 had one room left and they gave us a reduced rate, still some nice people out there!

You get what you pay for. I paid 40 dollars per night with extended stay rate for 1 week. It's ok for the price. I saw one night stay rate was up to 70 something per night. I would not pay that much for this hotel. There are better places around for similar price or less. If you have allergy/asthma, I strongly advise against this place. I have asthma and it's got worse every day I stayed here. I ended up switching to different hotel. One more thing, basic (free) wifi is very slow.

Avoid. Gross. Gross bedding with stains of all sorts. Light didn't work in the bathroom and when they checked on it, they were able to "wiggle it" so it worked and then reassured me I would not be responsible for it. What? The light didn't work when I arrived. No lobby and guests had to continually use a hallway phone to get any service at the desk. People were living there with dogs.
