God awful. We slept on cots, not beds. Do not book her for the love of God.

Disappointed The room and hotel smelled of cigarette smoke only partially covered by room deodorizers. There were no amenities to speak of. The elevator was dirty and smelly too. Certainly, the room was overpriced for the quality of the hotel.

Sketchy place Outside looks good except for all the beat up cars in the parking lot. No lobby, just a check in window that closes at 10pm. From the moment we walked in, I knew we made a mistake. Smelled of cigarette smoke even though smoking not allowed. Room was bare bones. No coffee, no water cups or ice bucket. No hair dryer, no Kleenex. Remote didn't work. No lamp between beds. Hotel Infested With Bedbugs This Hotel was the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in. We were bitten up by bedbugs 4 nights in a row in 2 different rooms. I notified the health department of my issues because the manager didn't want to make it right.

I ended up not staying there because it look like homeless people were hanging out outside the building when I arrived so I ended up staying at another hotel if I feel uncomfortable and outside the building I'm definitely not going to be staying inside the building

Horrible experience with Service. Was treated so poorly at checkin, my son & I left. Called Hotel.com 3x about treatment & fact we went down the street & spent additional money for another hotel. Employee at hotel said we were “no shows” Hotel.com said, now I have to call back again for 4th time on Monday, as hotel reviewing security footage. How do they know what we look like? Truck Stop or Hotel? So if you're booking here know that it requires an I.D. per person on file and 1 towel per person. Room cleaning? Apparently, that does not happen every day. No clean towels or cleaning service on Day 2 unless you hand return your towels at the front desk. Need I say more? Save your money and your time. This is a truck stop at best.

disappointing Definitely NO FRILLS extended stay. Mercifully, it was a pretty new property, but with vinyl faux wood floors throughout, laminate counter tops, and spartan furnishings, this property will show its wear quickly. Also, a little ridiculous that "resident manager" closes the lobby at 8 PM, and had to call an offsite number for them to rouse the resident manager to check me in at 11:30 pm. Resident manager was pleasant enough, but dressed like he/she was about to go out for a pickup basketball game.

Half way house convention center Zero amenities that you would normally find at a hotel, not even a small bottle of shampoo or conditioner and no coffee. The staff at check in assumes that every one is engaging in criminal activity, they were not friendly at all. Not very accommodating to guests needs. We were questioned about our need for additional towels; we had 3 guests and only were given 2 towels. Definitely not a place where I would stay with my family on vacation. Again, NO coffee.
