The bed was small and uncomfortable. The shower curtain had holes in it. They put families with kids on the second floor (agrivating). The staff was friendly though!

Best Value From my first impression, it's pretty decent for the cost. I'm very impressed with how clean the rooms are. I'm a little concerned about safety and the walls and floor are SUPER thin! My first night here and someone reported car theft... Not a good look but that's really everywhere you go now days. I will give an update after my stay. I haven't needed any hotel accommodations this far but it seems that whenever you need anything, you can just grab from the desk. And the people are super friendly.

Very Impressed I travel to Indianapolis a lot to visit with mom but it is usually for only a couple days. With that said I usually stay in a mid-range hotel down town like a Mariott or something similar that cost near $150 per night. I was a bit concerned about this extended stay because of how cheep it was but my mother was having surgery and I was going to be here for over a week and didn't want to pay for such an expensive hotel. Nice For The Long Stay This was a good hotel overall, minus a few kinks. There was a point we went from one double bed to two double beds, and the first room we started to move into had a bad leak in the tub. The room we ended up with had terrible water pressure in the shower, but the fact that we couldnt get towels until ten thirty almost one night was a real pain. Great First Couple Days I think that this hotel brand is awesome as far as the idea. However, the staffing might be flawed and be aware, even when they are investigating a reported complaint and your not the guilty room, (smoking in a room across from ours), they will barge into your room if you take more than five seconds to get to the door... Unbelievable on the part of the night staff!

beware of the train!! The lady that worked the desk at night was rude and unprofessional. And it would have been a great accommadtion to have curtains to block light. Also to be warned there was a train that was going to blow at 7am.
