NOT a good choice for a pleasant stay This was the worst stay I have EVER experienced. I did not realize that it is intended for extended stays by people who have no other choice. The staff doesn't even stay on the premises 24/7, however they nicely included a list of emergency numbers in case you needed help in the middle of the night.. There was only 1 small bar of soap, 2 washcloths, 2 towels, no ice bucket, no in-room coffee. No one told us that they don't Clean the room or make the bed. Could get clean towels any time in the three nights we stayed. Front desk was not open anytime we returned to the room would not stay again.
poor service , terrible beds. it was terrible. you enter into a hallway to be checked in. the girl talked about how busy they were. i dont need to know this. the room was fairly clean and large in size. nice kitchen area. NO COFFEE POT, and of course there was no lobby so there was no complimentary coffee there. the beds were pull out sofa's with no sofa. they had metal support bar in middle and ply board with a thin mattress very uncomfortable. we were two myself and my daughter we got two towels and two washcloths. we used... read more

Non stay I didn't stay anywhere and I'm getting emails and somebody is being charged for it when I didn't stay there. Please find a way to fix this situation asap!

After booking my room through expidia I arrived to find out my room had been given to someone who payed more than what i had reserved the room for. We were stranded and the hotel offered no apologies. All hotels were booked out because of local events. We finally found a run down and dirty hotel 45 min away from where we needed to be and payed an outrageous rate Would never trust expidia again nor would use this hotel. Horrible experience for my wife and I.

Was a non smoking hotel with burns on the bedding an no wash cloths had to keep asking for neccisties, beds had no frame just on boards an slept horrible and my family has back issues. none of the lamps worked in the room. we ask for new bedding for the beds but no one brought new ones. was very dissatisfied in this hotel will not stay again nor recomend! Was a get away for me an my daughter and it wasnt a rememerable one with this type of stay.
