Looks nice on outside, don't be fooled Avoid this place at all costs, unless you don't mind the smell of drugs and smoke throughout this "smoke-free" hotel and difficult management and staff. I will never stay in a WoodSpring Suites ever again.

Not the best. I always thought that “extended stay” meant that business people or others would use the hotel for 30-90 days or so, maybe longer in extreme cases. Not so, there are people that have been living in this place for over four years. It’s more like an apparent complex for people that don’t have good enough credit to get into a real apartment. There are people coming and going at all hours. It’s a little sketchy.

Yikes!!! Hotel staff was a hot a mess. The lobby was packed and the two dudes working were slow, not friendly and pretty much rude. It took over 20 minutes to get us checked in. He was busy answering the hotel phone and a cell phone. You could barely understand him speaking. The room was ok. Nothing special by any means and our door handle broke off the first time we closed the door. Ok for the price Room was fairly clean, but had absolutely no amenities. No lamp next to the bed, no hair dryer, thin towels, no extra blanket. There is a train behind the hotel, which I was unaware of until the middle of the night. No breakfast, no one at the front desk after hours. Everything in the room worked, though. For the price, was ok for one night.
