We really got what we paid for here. The room was pretty dirty and the carpet felt sticky. There were only two pillows on the bed, and we asked and could not receive more. The elevator didn't work in the morning. Heard people talking above us and below us all night. Saving money isn't worth it for this hotel.

The hallways smelled like smoke, the elevator was dirty, front desk staff not very helpful or nice, preoccupied with other things. My room the bathroom exhaust fan was covered in dust and dirt, the shower had no water pressure, the sink faucet sprayed all over the place, the towels were so rough you could use them to sand a car, would take the skin off your face. Wouldn't stay there again. Very dissatisfied with the place.

Don't ever expect a hotel employee at the front desk unless the manager Ron is on duty. Mopped the tiled portion of room upon arrival and the towel was black with dirt and grime. The hallways ALWAYS smell. Expect dog kennel next door to awake you every morning at 5am if you cace the front of hotel. There is a reason this property is so inexpensive.

Horrible hotels and staff I am talking to a attorney and filing sexual harassment, and they kicked me out and called the police for no reason. I feel that I should get two free nights because both hotels were awful, in every way possible. Staff rude, not, accomidating. And I am still in a hotel because my home had fire damage. And. The hotels are getting very expensive. The night I left Wood Springs I called your company and the Nice gentleman could not believe how I was being treated after the spending a lot of money there ... read more
ARE YOU KIDDING? As soon as we checked in, the guy working proceeded to hit on me. He offered me a free room if I stayed with him... Then a day before we checked out, he again tried to get me to kick my boyfriend out and stay with him. Ridiculous!
