There was no one at the desk. They do not have a permanent desk staff. I had to use a phone in a tiny waiting area and wait 20 minutes.

Not what I was thinking..... The site on the net makes it look better then you think, if you just want to lay your head down for the night, it's ok. But I wouldn't stay to long. The "personal" that is staying there has helped with making the place feel a bit run down and more like someone personal home and not a hotel.

Staff was extremely rude. Booked my res snd was told card wouldnt be charged. Get there after 10 pm and i am told thru a closed opening that my res was cancelled thru person behind opening because couldnt get authorization

There were roaches (live) in the room. But.....there was a conference in the city and there were no other rooms available. I was very uncomfortable trying to sleep after I cleared out the roaches.

Horrible experience Our room smelled moldy. Fitted sheet was put on the wrong way on our bed & would not stay in place. The next day I stripped our beds & put it on correctly to get them to stay in place. Toilet was very dirty under the rim . I cleaned my bathtub before I would use it. Faucets & shower head were also filled of lime & yucky. You must exchange dirty towels at front desk to get clean ones. All of the toilet fixtures in my room were falling apart, and the room stank profoundly of either carpet cleaner or mold. Due to the air quality, I had a headache the whole time I was there (four nights). There wasn't even a simple lamp. It was glaring overhead lights or darkness.

NASTY!! Hotels.com did not state this was an extended stay hotel. The walls by the bed were black from hands and feet. There looked to be bodily fluids on the side of the bed. People actually live here month to month. If you are looking for a quick overnight stay this is NOT the place!

Avoid at all costs This is the worse hotel I have ever been in. It is labeled as service animals only but I seen three different dogs (chihuahua, pig, and a german shepherd puppy). Animal waste all over the property with no one cleaning it up. The smell of the room was so bad I had to throw up in the toilet only to find out that it does not flush. Strange stains all over the bed and floor. Walls are dirty. If you are looking for a woman of the night, this is the place. Got approached just after check in

Expensive Hotel / Subsidized Housing Complex For the high / above average room rate you would expect a lot more from a hotel room. The room itself was okay and not in the worst condition ever, but smelled like a dirty kitchen and burnt toast. I spoke with a local person who lives within a mile of the hotel, and she informed me that this was the hotel that many people use for weekly and monthly stays when they have no where to go and have to be put up somewhere to stay.
