Lobby closed at 9 Book a room for my birthday, Got to Jackson around 8 went straight to Georgia Blue restaurant ate & hade some drinks, arrived to the hotel at 9:30 to find out we couldn't check in because the lobby closed at 9 so we drove 2hrs back home

The sank was stopped up, there was a bug crawling on my shower curtain also I asked the staff for a face cloth and they gave me one that wasn’t washed a lot of the dye came out of the face cloth was coming out when I was showering very nasty. I will not be coming back here

Don't bother with a reservation they don't honor t I couldn't tell you what any of the services or rooms are like because just like the last time I reserved a room there when I got there the told me they were sold out even though the parking lot was half empty. At least this time I knew better than to pay in advance and have to wait to get my money back. What's the use of making a reservation if the rooms is still booked out from under you

The motel was easy to access. The motel appeared to be very worn. My room was supplied with only 1 towel and 1 wash cloth, which were given to me when i checked in. was told housekeeping would bring more. Was there for 4 days never seen house keeping. Desk clerk was friendly.
