I did have a late check in but my room wasn’t clean and was missing wash cloths and towels. Not sure if it had been completely cleaned or not. Maybe they just forgot the bathroom linen. Things happen sometimes but it could have been a little cleaner.
It was a shame there was no ice machine. I was concerned about the loud footsteps, as it seemed that there were pets in the room upstairs.
