Not Clean Room was not clean. No tables/countertops wiped off. And the floor was not swept or mopped. Toilet wasn’t clean. There was a hair left on the toilet seat. Attendant was very nice and tried to help, but the cleaning staff did barely anything. Hoping they at least changed the sheets. Who knows.

I’M NOT USE TO HOTELS LIKE THIS !!! The experience was horrible! First, the hotel rooms look like an old dormitory. The toilet was coming out of the floor and it look like they tried to repair instead of replacing it. The key to my room stopped working for some odd reason after being gone only 3 hours but it worked to get inside the hotel. On top of that, the person at the front desk was NEVER there so I had to wait for 30 minutes to check in and reactivate my key. Also, the entire hotel smelled like cigarettes!
