I love the location I like the area so far safe and it's private and is lack of nice relaxation atmosphere and I live here in Jacksonville this is my first time going to want to the Suites so I love it

It was good the only thing I suggest is getting more channels not only show time and food ball channels

Wasn't very clean. The tub and the toilet wasn't ever clean either. They're was a mysterious stain on the sheet too.

Need to update the appliances. There was rust on them. Tub was stained. Cabinets were broke. Had to ask for all your dishes if you needed them.

The hotel staff was wonderful especially Jackie. Anytime we needed something, they were very helpful.
