Hurricane Irma mandatoryevacuation stay We had a mandatory evacuation for Hurricane Irma and were able to find an affordable reservation at this location. We had reserved 4 nights but due to the hotel losing power and we were on the third floor with no elevator and both of us are in our 70's we left one day early. We were not refunded the one night because there was no one at the reception desk when we checked out to inquire about a refund. Great service but Roaches! The personnel were very patient with me, Hotels.com book a room that was not available and the individual at the front desk went above the norm to help me out! The on big big drawback was "BUGS"! The "trash room" had containers that were overflowing. Why is there a "trash room" anyway?!?

Clean before use We got in late so we went straight to bed. Beds where clean room smelled like Clorox, so we assumed the room was clean. NO!! Bathroom had previous stains on the sink from mouth wash shower hadn't been cleaned and no tissue. We travel with or always buy cleaning supplies for the the bathroom cause we have small children. Further inspection the dresser and nightstand had clothes left in them from previous guest. If you don't mind cleaning your room almost decent place to stay

It was ok parking lot was kinda pack. And the bath tub was a little dirty but I'll stay again if needed down the road
