Cleanliness can be improved. Bathtub is not clean . No shower curtain when we entered the room. Bed-sheets not that clean. Bad odor in the hallway to the room and in the elevator.

Post Jacksonville Jaguars playoff Victory stay Nice place beautiful room the only thing I didn't like was my bed was not very comfortable

Great room great service I had a reservation and a different location which I thought was closer to my husband's birthday surprise gathering. I asked to transfer my reservation to another Extended Stay location that was closer had no problem at all! The staff was professional and friendly at both locations. We enjoyed our stay!

UNHAPPY FAMILY First, my reservation was changed and the hotel clerk advised us it was almost canceled due to check in time. Second we were bumped out of the room and put in one that was not suited for my family (teenage brother and sister). Third, I specifically advised I was bringing a pet and NEVER discussed additional pet fees.
