Great room great service I had a reservation and a different location which I thought was closer to my husband's birthday surprise gathering. I asked to transfer my reservation to another Extended Stay location that was closer had no problem at all! The staff was professional and friendly at both locations. We enjoyed our stay!

The hotel was worth the price. Judging by other reviewers of the hotel, I almost made a pass at it. Well, since i was only going to be in Jacksonville for one night and on a budget, i decided to go for it. It was not as described by some of the reviews. The bed was made and the bathroom was clean. The was also a welcoming note on the bed from one of the hotel staff (maybe the cleaning folk). That was a plus. Just and adequate property The property is adequate. Relatively clean, but not very quiet. The noise from adjoining rooms, as well as outside and in the hallways is very audible. No amenities of any kind...the "free" internet is very slow, and the "grab and go" breakfast consists of lukewarm coffee and some packaged muffins and granola bars.
