There was no one at the front desk (the metal door was closed and locked) and I could not get my room. I called to get assistance, I was put on hold for 20 minutes and then disconnected…after waiting for 20-25 minutes for someone to show up at the property. All of this was AFTER I had called earlier in the day to let them know that I would be a late arrival (after the Gator Bowl). You should reconsider listing this property on your website.

Stopped for the night on our drive to Florida. Late night check in wasn’t ideal and took a fair amount of time. Upon arriving in the room we noticed sticky fluids on some of the dressers, a toilet that wasn’t cleaned and had left over fecal matter in the bowl. There was gum on the bathroom floor. The room in general looked very worn. The sheets were clean me we crashed for 6 hours then got out. Location to highway was why we chose it but I’d look for another place if you need to stop.

First room smelled like cigarettes and had to get another one which was a little better than the first one. Toilet wouldn't flush right and kept backing up. Went to check out and no attendant was on duty. The front desk was covered by a metal door. No drop off box for room keys. I will not book this one again.

The kitchen had roaches the tub was dirty and it smelled like onions and the other room they first gave was the light in the bathroom didn’t work and it was just dirty

Arrived around 9:30 was told i had to put a $100 deposit on the room after we paid everything on the app. Then we had to wait 5hrs before we got our money back to go somewhere else
