not cool It was nasty I didn't have anywhere else I could go so I had to stay.. On top of that $100.00was added on for me to stay and if will not be back on my card for 3/5 business days I was not told this when I booked it

I would not recommend this hotel The hallways and grounds were dirty and the garbage cans were over flowing

Horrible customer service! am very upset with Travelocity because we called the hotel in the afternoon of 7/8 to let the front desk know that we would be checking in after midnight. We arrived to the hotel at 12:30 am. after calling them in the afternoon to confirm that we had a room. When we got to the hotel, we were told that it would be a one to two hour wait before they could check us in because there was a midnight audit going with their computer system. Not even for free Terrible. Lot being paved no signs have to drive in exit and not hit other cars. 2 people at desk helping 1 person waited 30 min to check in. Room disgusting broken tv phone AC fridge. Got another room AC lousy can't cool room vents face bed no circulation. Dirty moldy have to leave 4am couldn't breath.

Regrets Horrible, dirty, smokey. Left after 5 hours it was so bad.
