Worst hotel stay in my life ! My overall experience at the hotel was awful because first it took 20 minutes to check-in with only one attendant checking in 10 people in line and the room I selected was suppose to be non-smoke, but the room reeked of cigarettes. I came home and all of my luggage reeked of the horrible odor. I wouldn't recommend this hotel because of the cleanliness, stale breakfast food and the very poor costumer service.

Extended stay? Not welcome here!! When booking this room, I chose this hotel for the kitchenette that clearly states that fully supplied kitchenette (dishware, dish detergent, etc ) the things essential for an extended stay. Hence the name of the hotel. The outside of hotel was very dirty, overflowing trash cans. The halls and general areas were terrible the carpet was in clear need of replacement, which according to reviews from last year this was supposed to have been completed before now. Worse hotel ever I have traveled all over the country and this hotel was the worse experience. It was dirty and not well maintained, and the breakfast ran out quickly and was not restocked.

Worst hotel in 4 weeks of staying in hotels. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. However, the hotel was being re-carpeted. Dust and dirt everywhere, and carpet was all over the hallways providing a tripping hazard. Breakfast was non-existant...coffee and stale muffins. Would not stay there again.
Project appartment, not a hotel or motel Hallways are very very dirty and smelly. The carpet is old with all king for marks and stain. room stool and chair have spots all over them . The first night, two ladies of the nigh approached me inside the lobby. cabinet are broken. The building is being used alternative for project housing. Quick weekend getaway Booked a room just to get into Jax for the July 4th weekend. Customer service was horrible. Room was clean but had a weird smell. There were stains all over the carpets throughout the entire hotel. Then we asked for some plates & utensils (we had a suite w/ a kitchen)...this took 1 hour and still didn't ever receive them.
