Worst place to stay I booked this hotel via expedia after 12 hours of drive and tired. The hotel and surroundings look creepy and unclean. Uncleaned litter and dry leaves all over. I see a a lot of guests and employees smoking right next to main door. the lobby smell stinky. At front desk i see a note that the front desk personal is helping other guest and wait patiently. 15 minutes later the front desk staff shown up and took another 15 mins. to check in. Terrible. Disgusting and disappointed I came out of town to Jacksonville for my birthday and this hotel ruined my weekend. The second I walked in I smelled wet dog.Theres a layer of dust coated the light switches . Remote was so sticky. I normally bring disinfectant when I stay in hotels and I HAD TO CLEAN OFF THE COUNTERS AND TABLES BEFORE I COULD USE THEM. The 'kitchenette' was filthy. Disgusting! Room was dirty !! Alcohol bottles and cigarettes all over. Disgusting! Never again.

Not good at all We got here, we had 4 rooms reserved and the person at the front desk told us that we only have 3. When we get to the rooms, the sofa bed was not ready, so we call front desk and they told me that I should wait until 2 am to get the sheets for the sofa bed. I am traveling with 15 kids for a soccer game. On their website says breakfast is included, just 3 coffee machines.

Dirty and smokey Checking in service was ok, as soon we got on the elevator I stated I hope the rooms arent this dirty, upon entering our room there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke that I reported, this is supposed to be a smoke free facility, it clearly IS NOT I was awakened by strong smell of smoke and checked out early due to tightness in my chest.

poctures does no justice I reserved a non smoking room and upon arrival I received a room that reeked of smoke. Since it was late in the night I did not want to deal with switching rooms and just dealt with the smell and tried to get some sleep and leave. I don’t know if it’s me but everytime I take my chance at a Extended Stay America Hotel I always encounter some sort of issues. This will be my last time I use this chain again.

Left Family of 4 traveled into town for soccer tournament. Room was blazing hot upon arrival. We had to discover and then request for extra bedding, pillows, towels, kitchen utensils, coffee pot, toilet paper, and a shower curtain! We were very disappointed but made it work
