Never again The hotel wasn't that bad, but the clientele was extremely sketchy - saw at least one drug deal go down in the parking lot. Never again.

Dirty Hotel, Bad Service, Loud Rude Guests. BAD!!! This place is very dirty it looks like it hasn't been mopped in months. 3 nights of marijuana smoke in the Halls which blood into my room. I complained after the first night and nothing was done about it. human soil towels that were absolutely disgusting and unusable. Dump truck coming to pick up dumpster at 3 a.m. Period the next day People standing outside my door arguing and yelling at each other at 4 a.m.. again this was all brought to management attention and nothing wa... read more

Hotel advertised was deceiving I stayed here for a business meeting I came to Jacksonville for. I have never stayed at a hotel that was so opposite of what they advertise on their website. No coffee pot in the room, then there was no coffee ready in the hotel lobby, they said they hadn’t gotten to it yet, it was 7:30 in the morning! There where people arguing loudly when I arrived and the next morning at 5am there was a someone repeatedly locking & unlocking their car which finally woke me up. Wouldn’t Recommend The carpet was disgusting. The room smelt. You could smell the pot lingering in the air once you got on the elevator. I wanted to check out the next morning and get another hotel for our next night, but my husband said we should just stay since we weren’t really gonna be there but to sleep. I normally don’t even do reviews, but I def would not stay here again!

Worst ever!!! Very disappointed in Expedia. I am very disappointed that Expedia would support this facility. The first room we were given was dirty, lights and cabinets were damaged and there was NOTHING in the way of pots, pans, dishes or silverware. We asked to be moved and the second room was somewhat cleaner but still had a totally bare kitchen. When we asked for dishes and silverware we were given two dirty knives. Do not recommend this hotel, smells bad, no shower curtain, bathroom drawers were dirty. will not go back.

Go somewhere else No eye contact from desk staff. Handed dirty silverware when I discovered there was none in the room. Found small bugs in the bed. Hallway stinks.
