My stay for the NAS Airshow. Rear door of hotel not kept locked , because key card system is not working. Police at room 153 twice due to aeveral choldren running the halls, yelling and knocking on guest doors. Started prior to 7pm. I ordered handicap, had to be relicated. Wife had beiken foot. Floors had been mopped but they were not clean. Shower faucette was very hard to turn off. Csusing water to leak onto side of tub onto floor. Reported to ckerk first hour. Unacceptable I was unable to stay due to poor communication. In addition, the customer service staff was rude and offered no assistance. Communication is the most disappointing thing as I am currently still disputing the charge that I was told was refunded the same day.

Never Ever Stay Here--They sell your paid room! I have stayed here monthly for the last 4 years. I will NEVER stay here again. Despite a paid in full booking over 1 week before my trip and being assigned to a hotel room, staff sold my room to another customer. Upon my arrival I was told sorry, we're sold out, can't help you. Staff DID NOT follow Extended Stay Policies by not selling my room or by finding me another room at another property. Staff then lied about the situation. Worst customer service EVER! Gross! Trash room on secon floor stunk up entire floor. Room smelled of cat urine. Shower did not work.

Terrible stay at a cheap hotel Absolutely disgusting. If we were staying more than a few hours, we would of checked out right after heck in. Mold in the bathtub, bathtub faucet was leaking and was very noisy. AC unit was very loud. Black specs of something all over the bed. Very uncomfortable mattress. Would avoid at all costs

Cheap stay There was a line and employee was on phone stating she only desk with phone calls. Roaches and breakfast was a joke

This hotel is for construction workers The carpet throughout the hotel smell bad and the rooms even worst. One guy who is living in the hotel had his room door open playing his Spanish music loud. That place is the dump.

Never again. Bare bones hotel. Really shouldn't be considered an extended stay. No pool, no breakfast (muffin in a package), and attracts some rough guests. Also charges $25/day for a pet. We left after 3 nights.

Never pick again Not good, I would have pay additional $20 dollars get good hotel
