Its ok
Staff were very friendly, and the location was very convenient. However, my room had a lingering cigarette smoke smell to it. It wasn't bad enough that I felt the need to change rooms but it was noticeable when walking in. You could tell the suite hasn't had much maintenance done because you can see various dents, chipped paint etc.

It’s a roof over your head if you have nowhere else to go. Overall It was a cheap option for my family when we were displaced due to construction at our home, which was what we needed so I won’t say it was horrible but there were definitely some issues. Staff were friendly but not always available, even at the front counter; during check in we had to ring the phones until someone showed up.
