Didn't like the incident that happen and how staff handled it. No apologies were given for the inconvenience you had for the day with hotel being shut down by the police.feel like it should have been more done

I swear this place is the greatest ever ! The front desk staff is simply amazing and the hotel is very clean and very comfortable to stay ! Clean rooms quiet and family supported ! The front desk staff is the best of it all tho !! Because without a great staff to welcome you in... its not worth a stay at all .you got to stay here at least once ! Shoutout to Ms. Laticia and Ms. Megan ...the best front desk clerks ever !!!! Hands down the best ever!
