The night shift lady walked up and down the hallways on the phone super loud, couldn't get any sleep due to it. I was also put next the the laundry room and it sounded like ppl were fighting all night

Very outdated rooms, everything needs a upgrade. Rooms smelled like smoking even I chose a non-smoking one.

Not the type to complain like this, but this was not at all what the ratings were talking about. “Non smoking” hotel yet it reeked of smoke in there.. very dirty looking and old looking. No trash bin was even put in our room so we had no trash. The shower leaked, there was a cockroach we had to kill. It was just the most uncomfortable stay.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed i did not get that eoom i got a room with 1 queen bed and a sofa bed. I clearly put how many guests would be in the room 2 adults and 4 kids. The room had 2 towels in the room. It also stated fullly equipped kitchens it had nothing. No utensils pots pan cups plates bowls NOTHING. They did not even have sheets or a blanket for the pull out bed. I would not stay there again.

Not worth the money The lady at the front desk was good... Thats the only thing really goood about this hotel... Definitly not worth the money.. Tub was not clean..ironing board broken etc..etc.. I wont stay again

Dangerous and dirty, someone tried to enter my room in the middle of the night. This place shouldn’t be advertised here. We arrived and the door was locked even after my call to notify of my late check in. There was fresh blood on the floor, broken shower and hair in the sink. No one at the lobby when we arrived or left. Im fighting for a refund. I could be writing for hours and describing how bad my experience was, but I will resume as not safe, no good for women traveling alone, not good for families.
