Worst place ever. GHETTO, SMELLY, RUDE Don't do it The worse place I've ever went to. So bad we left an went to a different hotel over 30 mins away. When we first got there we couldn't have our room cuz they lost the key for it. The pool was closed but didn't mention it when we booked and I asked. The other room they gave us the toilet didn't work. They said there is no maintenance person till the following night. Told us to use their public bathroom. We were traveling with 5 kids mind you. The bathroom door was hanging and we were not able to open or close it. The couch had about a 2 foot area torn out. Disgusting stains on the carpet.
The sofabed was unusable in room and the room rate was excessively overpriced for the room
Just nasty
Wasn’t worth it. When we arrived their was only two towels and barely any shampoo for my boyfriend. As I stated in the review the stay was not worth it I was very disappointed in the property. When we arrived their was only two towels & we had to wait two hours for clean towels & wash clothes. Also their was barely any shampoo in the bottle for my boyfriend to wash his hair with. Roach Hotel By far the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at! Rooms are dirty, cabinets are broken and the worst part, it’s Roach Infested!
Worst place I’ve ever stayed! Not enough room to write all that was wrong so I’ll write the abbreviated version. They didn’t have the room I booked so they put my family in a smaller room without enough beds. One of my children had to sleep on the floor. Rooms and hallway had strong smell of marijuana. When I brought this up to staff they seemed to think it was normal. No linens in the room, then when I called they told me to come get them myself! No mattress on the pull out bed.
