Our stay was the worst so far ever. The floors in the 1st room were very dirty. We wiped them up with Lysol wipes we purchased. There were roaches in the bathroom, kitchen ,living room and on the night stand area. we even have pictures and videos!!!! The 2nd room the next day was cleaner, but the noise above us was horrible. we did not get much sleep for 3 nights!!! Location is ok but need to do a lot of work on it , missing fixtures and need a lot of upgrades

It was dirty and when I was trying to check out nobody was in the lobby the first red flag was when I checked into my room to see the toilet was broken and wouldn’t flush then after I was moved down the hallway into another room I was astonished to see the pull out couch was broken and hanging out as a hazard there was a random pair of boots and dirty socks under the bed this hotel needs to get everything together it’s ridiculous

Noisy hotel Very noisy, people slamming doors and lot of noise on the room above mine, nothing happened after I complaint twice at the front desk

Will folks you definitely get what you pay for. I came down to the area for an interview and was looking for a reasonably priced hotel close by. First off the receptionist really didn't seem helpful at all and was taking personal calls while she was checking me in. We went out and came back later and found that our toilet didn't seem to flush everything down. We tried contacting the front desk and the phone kept ringing. Do not stay here. No housekeeping service at all. Everytime the AC ran, it smelled like poop. When we need bath towers, we called and worker at the front desk asked us to come to get them. Continental breakfast had nothing to eat except some bags of oatmeal.

worst extended stay hotel we’ve ever been too...room is smells awful and there were nonother rooms for us to transfer as stated by receptionist since hotel was fully booked...no room amenities available in the kitchen, no seats other than the sofa seat which is ripped!

very disappointed room was not so clean...smoke detector missing...bathroom door lock broken...sofa bed mattress was extremely in need of replacement...breakfast items out
