Stay was good need some grocery stores and vegetables store inside

Work trip I was pleased with the cleanliness of the room. The neighborhood was a little sketchy for my taste. It made me feel better knowing that only guests with key cards could get in the hotel.

Cool for the money I'm from kc....I live in LA and had custody Of my kids the month of july....at first i was worried about the area...but when i got my room..i was very pleased..veryclean great staff.. the only problem if any was thin walls....when loud you can here foot steps upstairs...or your neighbors party...overall 9.5

The place was old and dingy. The rooms were old and looked unclean. Some of the dirt looked like it would not come off due to the age of the appliances. There was a big roach on the wall. There were people hanging out in cars in the parking lot doing various things, and this was around midnight. I left after I inspected the room and realized that I could not sleep there.

waited 20min at the lobby until someone showed up and room was really dirty and smelly.

Never got to check in, they had over booked . Then i had to set on the phone for 2 hours while they tryed to fine me a room . Which i wasnt able to get til the next day! Was a terrible experience! I was also told they would refund me $50 for the inconvenience and extremely long wait on the telephone. Still have not received the refund.
