I have talked to management about the refrigerator and the room having roaches along with other issues.

We booked a room due to a car breakdown in the area. After booking & getting a ride via uber we were told no room was available. We the waited outside trying to book another room 45 minutes away & having to pay another uber. While waiting we witnessed customers screaming at each other throwing articles of clothing. The area did not seem safe. I was also charged for staying, when we were told no room was available. This messup cost me double the uber fees, plus being charged for a room we never used.

They need to not overbook half my party had to stay somewhere else

Noticed that the sink was leaking ,toilet also. Shower rod was broken and fell down several times. You could tell the room wasn't properly cleaned. Roach infested, dirty floors. Went to the front desk, told the manager. I left for the day ,came back thinking the room would be cleaned, no!!! They only clean the rooms after you've stayed there for two weeks. Just very nasty, poor customer service. Ill never stay at another Extended Stay again.

Horrible never stayed in a hotel like this there is roaches no towels you have to pay for them 1.65 per towel no paper towel and when I went to the office they said what did I expect for a cheap hotel I paid 108. For each room will never stay again in this hotel
