If you saw room 430 with the door broken, stive without burners ashes all over the place, management should fire everyone that works there. I have the pictures to prove what I just posted. STAY AWAY from this dump.

Traveling back from holidays with my daughter I realized I would need to stop in Kansas City unexpectedly and got on hotels.com to book a spot. I found an extended stay hotel in my budget and reserved the room - paying in full through hotels.com. I booked the room about four hours prior to arriving. Left after one night. Staff at the front was nice, but the effort put into making the rooms comfortable was nonexistent. I was put on the first floor and immediately found my window was unlocked and there was a large crack going down the glass. Random cars of smokers were pulling up in the parking lot behind my room all night which made me feel unsafe given the condition of the room and window. Whole building smelled of cigarettes. Bugs. No towel for shower. Sheets seemed clean, but everything else in the room did not.

Everything is terrible with this property, starting with the safety,hotel checkin and hygiene, the hotel attendant was not present at the counter to checkin guests,she is too rude and doesn't answer the guest's question,smell of weed and cigarettes everywhere, avoid if you are with family,I checked the room,saw cockroaches inside,the beds are very dusty and unhygienic,would recommend people to stay out of this

The hotel have roaches I mean roaches Falling out the pictures frames cabinets shower head mirrors. We slept with the lights on. Our room floor was very very sticky. This was a hotel from hell very traumatizing situation for my children and I.

The place was old and dingy. The rooms were old and looked unclean. Some of the dirt looked like it would not come off due to the age of the appliances. There was a big roach on the wall. There were people hanging out in cars in the parking lot doing various things, and this was around midnight. I left after I inspected the room and realized that I could not sleep there.

waited 20min at the lobby until someone showed up and room was really dirty and smelly.
