I arrived late lobby was closed called office they said they would be their shortly. took 15 min. for them to show. area very sketchy. no phone in room.

Loud, Smoking-Only, Dirty Room We got a dirty smoking room and thin walls that let us hear our neighbor's fighting all night. We may as well have stayed up. Their computer system didn't even recognize that we purchased a night through Hotels.com. Luckily, the nice custodian that checked us in (who was the best part of our check-in) honored our purchase after seeing proof on my phone.

This is not a hotel. It is a short term apartment. Expect absolutely no service, including housekeeping, which you can get for a fee. No value here. Just a low price, and given the lack of services, it is over priced. The staff were very friendly and professional.

Not good!! Well I reserved a room with two double beds...but that's not what I stayed in. I am not sure how this hotel got its rating.

Poor quality extend stay This hotel even though is well-priced, is not well kept. The entire hotel allows smoking in the stairwells and rooms. Our room reaked of incense. The neighbors had a party until about 3am and the security guard did nothing about it. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Better Not Arrive Late I arrived in town at 12 AM. They do not have a good guest check-in policy, as they had nobody at all at the front desk and thus I was unable to check in for the night. I then saw their stated times, which said that their front office closed at 4 PM on Saturdays. Guests aren't allowed to check in until 3 PM on any given day, so they are not serving their clients to the best of their ability.

More like a short-term apartment than a hotel. I was expecting the usual things that hotels have: linen service, a 24/7 front desk, someone else to take my trash out, etc, but this is more like a short-term apartment than a hotel. The front desk has limited hours (extremely limited on weekends), housekeeping costs extra, wifi costs extra. The common areas smell like smoke since the smoking areas are at the front and back doors.

office converted to a room. Don't waste your money, the beds are very uncomfortable and not a mattress box spring combo it's just a shotty mattress on a platform. No carpeting so it feels like an office and the a.c. units are very very loud. I am not someone who picks expensive hotels at all but this place is complete garbage.
