Don't ever stay there. My toilet was backed up and toilet was running went to front desk 3 times. He told me they didn't have plunger. I asked for another room he refused. Woke up in morning with toilet water throughout my room. Told staff next day they were apologetic. But didn't do anything. It was disgusting.

The night clerk was very rude and unprofessional... I booked a double bed room and only hot a single bed so me and my children we smushed.. shower barely worked...

I stayed three nights and four days The biggest problem I had was I reserved a smoking room. Upon arrival (3PM) they described how they were out of smoking rooms and to return the next day to see if one had opened. Three is the earliest I could have checked in, right after the rooms are cleaned, and they didn’t have one. I’m patient, so I waited and every day there after they told me I was going to have to stay in a room I did NOT reserve. Why? Sad Staff not friendly we get the room. It was a wipe over clean. Stove was rusty. Frig was clean. Beds had a old drunk or person who never too a bath along with the pillows. The place had bugs. What is sad is it has potentials if they clean and not wait two weeks to Change beds and linen and empty the trash in the rooms daily. And give towels. And this is from a homeless family who need a place with love...

It was terrible the linen was dirty the room with Darlene there was no one at the front desk for me to even get this fixed so basically when I call down to the front desk I couldn't get a answer when I went to the front desk they will close the bed was a twin bed and I was supposed to be a queen it was a very terrible visit the wash rags and towels was dirty and the Bab tub is dirty And they only gave you one towel one wash rag

We were very dissatisfied with this stay. We arrived at 10 pm at night and our room was not even ready. We had been driving and was needing to get up early in the morning and could not get into the room until after 11 pm. It was very noisy with people slamming doors, was hard to get enough towels.

name changed Spent almost 20 minutes driving through the parking lot and up and down the street looking for Value Place because the name was changed. The front office closes at 7 or 8 on Sat eve so had to dial the service number and wait for them to come check me in. Part of the reason I chose the location was because there was a guest laundry, but the card readers on the washer and dryers didn't work and there was no one at the front desk to get change to pay the $2.50 to wash and $2.50 to dry.
