Bad sleeping conditions. I had a bad night at this Hotel. I was bitten several times by bed bugs from the back of my head, down back and down legs. I woke up several times.

Stay at our hotel but we won’t let you in! Showed up and no one was there to check us in. Ok fine. Says there’s a telephone number to call. Well the people in the lobby had been calling for 30 minutes prior to my arrival. I wait twenty more minutes and leave because I have a 3 yr old child going crazy in the car. Go to next hotel and check-in and then call hotels.com to dispute. What do you know... someone answers the phone. Terrible business practice and I am disputing the charges with PayPal to get my money back currently.

The entire hotel smelled of pot. It took over an hour to get checked in. I saw at least one drug deal going on in the halls.

Poor Not clean some housekeepers are rude my bed was dirty floor was dirty...etc

Worked for what was needed. Loud, staff kind of had attitudes, lacked supplies

Expected so much more Made reservation, arrived AFTER check-in time and staff said room wasn’t ready and give them 10 mins to finish cleaning. Gave them a little over 30 minutes and when I got back the guy was still cleaning the room. The hallways and lobby area were very dirty, trash everywhere! The main bathroom on the first floor was also very disgusting and looked like it had not been clean in months! Once room was cleaned I was able to enjoy my stay and slept comfortably. They definitely need more help/staff!

Room had a cockroach on the wall @ a bug in the shower. Guests in next room were very noisy, fighting and shouting.
