I needed to check in late. The office closed at 7pm and there was no one to check me in. I had to book a new hotel at 2:30AM When I called the next day, they had canceled my reservation that was for two nights.

low income housing Hotel The room hadn't even been cleaned dirty towels on the floor bed unmade filthy. I got there late because of business. Front desk clerk was very helpful but the room is disgusting. Will not stay here again.

unbelievable workers are nice, but hotel is poorly run. manager doesn't stick around to talk to customers. came to my room today and had no towels, go down to desk they say they have finished washing them. how do you run out of towels

Where my refund Didn't stay. Because my room was already given away before I could get to it. I'm still waiting on hotels. Com or Expedia to refund me my pre payment
rude people they don't care of you have a problem or not, residence here are rude and noisy
Terrible unacceptable room! There were bugs in this room, a terrible smell, and shady characters lurking around. We did not feel safe or sanitary in this room and forfeited a whole prepaid week just to get out of there. I would absolutely never book this hotel chain again.

Awful I arrived at this hotel and it was horrific. This is one of the worst facilities I've ever been in. The staff was horrible and I'm pretty sure that this place runs a drug/prostitution ring out of it. I would recommend this place be shut down.
