Not so good Check in is the same time as change of shift, the young lady told me "You'll have to wait it's my change of shift and closed the window, we stood there for 15 min before another person kindly asked us to please wait. Went to room, outside my room was a pile of linen in the hallway next to my door Room was comfortable and clean, left room for a couple of hours, came back at 4am only to find roaches crawling every where. Really bad hotel late last night we check in into this hotel and to our surprise once opening the room door we fine out that someone else is staying in the room, what a bad experience never ever before I had experience this please remove this hotel from expedía. PLEASE !!!!

This was an unbelievable disapointment I can not believe WoodSpring let's this hotel use it's flag. I didn't actually stay at the hotel, because when I got in at 10pm they had closed the front desk. You walk through an open set of doors and the front desk is next to a locked set of doors. When the front desk is closed, you are instructed to use the wall phone to call the manager. When the manager doesn't answer the phone, it gets directed to a more corporate, offsite number. They then try and reach the manager. The parking ... read more

Worst hotel room just to lay my head for one night After working a long 16 hours, instead of me taking an hour long drive home..I stayed at this hotel....once I've arrived there...I seen these so called security "kids" who didn't look like real security guards standing in front of the hotel around some man who appeared to be smoking marijuana by the smell of it...Secondly, when I entered my room..as I opened up one of the towels before getting ready to shower, it was dirty...there was a dirt mark on there as if someone stepp... read more

Horrendous experience. First of all the local area is extremely bad crime ridden locality. The room, while clean, had no soap or other amenities. I tried calling front desk and got the corporate office. No one was at front desk when I was told to go get the soap! We departed right away. Request refund
