No no no Buggy nosey by the highway to many people actually living here. Killed about 15 bugs in 30 minutes not ants* got new room similar situation. worst stay ever!

Didn’t think it got this bad There were Roaches everywhere and sheets dirty and bathroom was dirty too.

Stay away from this place While waiting for check-in clerk to show up, we saw a number of sketchy individuals coming and going. We suspect this place is used by social services to house homeless or recovering addicts. The rooms are set up like apartment studios. Our room was freshly painted, had a small kitchenette stove and fridge, but smelled like a hangout for marijuana smokers. Really bad odor of weed. Then we saw a live cockroach on the floor. Poor Quality hotel Worst experience I ever had in a hotel and I was there for two weeks, poor customer service, worst environment, worst cliental, ppl rooming about, simple things like towels, clean sheets, toilet paper, fixing a clog was a hassle. I called customer service head office of woodSpring hotels to resolve this matters they gave me the run around. I won't recommend this hotel again..

Horrible. Hallways smelled like straight fish, the room next to me had the occupants screaming to the point that the cops were called at 12:30 and I had to be up at 5. To check out I had to leave my card at the front desk that was closed not knowing if my card would be picked up and used to get into the hotel. Something should be done to secure getting into the hotel.

A waking nightmare It is 5:42am. Guess how much sleep I got last night? From the second I walked in it was one problem after the next. First, the cops were at the location, in the lobby, dealing with an issue. Next, as soon as I get off the elevator to the floor of my room I get with a massive cloud of weed smoke. Do not stay here!! Staff was very rude. They only clean the rooms once every two weeks.The walls are super thin. You hear talking and lots of other noise all day and night. Drug dealers hang out in front of the building. A woman called my room asking if I need a escort. My keys rarely worked. People were constantly slamming there room door all night.
