OMG. We lasted 3 minutes after we killed one bug climbing on the wall and then saw more on another wall. Quickly left. We were told we would see refund within three days. No need to go into other details. I think that one speaks for itself.
No shower curtain in bathroom. Not clean. Bugs in room
Strong odor, too loud you can hear everything for across the hall, reservation was for 4 and there were only two towels. Won’t be staying here ever!!!
Poor service from check in staff. Internet wouldn’t connect, had to make three calls to the front desk to get connected.
Service was circus Elevator did not work. Shower clogged. Staff do not understand English. I was told i was making to much noise before i even entered the room.
This place sucked... and the staffs rude. So we arrive and check in, get our room key and head to the room quietly and open the door. Put our bags down and laid in the bed we were tired. We get a call 2 minutes into being in the room to keep it down we were making too much noise. I explained we weren’t making noise. The lady then says maybe I “walk to hard!” Extremely rude! Terrible service and cleanliness everything was really nasty and bad never go back
Checked in get to my room itnis still being cleaned this is 4 hours after checkout time. Im sleeping at 11pm security comes to my door and says im being too loud. Complete joke. Vending machines eat your money and dont work.
Very over priced No soaps, thin blanket, ac rattles, room smells, strange people in parking lot lounging
