Gave away my guaranteed room I reserved with A guarantee purchase of two queen beds. When I arrived they told me they don’t have two queen beds and I stuck my whole family in a room with one queen bed

People loitering in front of building, door damaged in bathroom, no basic amenities (shampoo etc. ) no lamps in room only over spotlights, no curtain on shade, no blankets only thin spread, linoleum floors you can hear people walking above, No coffee pot in room expensive for what you get - won’t stay there again

Disgusting! Awful, room not ready hours after check in time, smelly hotel, many questionable people loitering and making it unsafe and worst of all there were lots of roaches in the room.
