The first room I was given, had an unbearable heavy bleach smell although the bathroom white sink had reddish brown smears. They switched me from the double bed I ordered to a bed and pull out couch and said they would bring bedding for the pull out couch; however, before I checked out they never did. Also, after getting new room went upstairs to drop bags off, had to go out to car to put parking pass and when I went back to the room my keys didn’t work. Air conditioning/ heater did not function properly. Bedding was inadequate. I was provided a very very thin blanket with the equivalent thickness of the flat sheet which did not keep me warm at night in the slightest. Walls are super thin. Unarmed security on premises allowing people to loiter.

There were roaches ALL OVER my room. I told the front desk and they neither acted surprised nor did they offer any solutions. I will NEVER stay here again.

Light was totally out in the property for sometime in the night. Smells really bad. Its a hotel for dogs.Too many barking here and there. Customer service was really nice but no to going back to stay at the property ever.

Did not have an enjoyable stay. When checked in, found out there was already a reservation for the room I had booked, had to move to another room. upon arriving to the room there were bugs crawling around and bathroom towels had hair particles in them.
