Front desk receptionist at check in was pretty rude, unexpected requirements and fees for check in. Laundry machines were almost all broken and the ones that worked are all my quarters I had to go to a SEPARATE business to be able to get coins from. Questioned legitimacy of my ARMY service dog, etc… probably won’t be back after over paying for what we recieved.

My stay was horrible. Noise in the hallway all night long. Plus, i booked a 7 nights stay . Due to an emergency i spent 2 nights and they charged me for 5 nights. i talked to management and they said that their policy.

This place was full of drug addicts inside and outside of the hotel every day. I came outside several times and witnessed drug deals in the parking lot. Every night you could hear stomping coming from upstairs. Also here was no housekeeping, during my 7 night stay.

Our beds smelled bad and there were multiple cockroaches in the kitchen area of the room.

Stay clear of this hotel website makes it look nice extremely poor very bad staff didn't even stayed there for the night and they charged me for the room that I did not stay in anyway.

The property is very nice on the outside..the staff was not professional and lacked friendliness. The vending machines didn’t work took five dollars de me when I reported it I was told oh well I suggest you don’t use it again. No compensation or anything..he didn’t check the the machines or anything. The place smelled like cigarettes.
