30 minutes check in even at 12:00am...room wasn't clean, toilet with pee ...bathtub dirty with hair same as the bed! never again!!!

Even the cheapest of hotels I have stayed in provides more for you. A room that can occupy 4 yet only has 2 towels?!? Terrible. Check in staff was great. Check out staff was horrible. In a business that depends on people coming to stay at your establishment.. poor choice of staff for the check out desk. She was not friendly, did not say hello, did not smile. Did not apologize for the inconvenience she caused. Terrible. Never would i come back or recommend anyone.

Went to check in already had a reservation i got there and i stood at that counter for almost 30 minutes waiting she was on her cell phone among other things finally got to my room. And the room looked decent but quickly realized roaches everywhere as soon as I found that out I put all my bags back in the car and had to go back and forth to get my stuff because I don't want any roaches to get into my bags to bring them home and you only get about 10 channels on the TV and you can't sleep because the people that live in the h... read more

Location, good food close by Very Noisy, hard to sleep at night with traffic noise.

We stayed 2 days and didn’t get our room cleaned or fresh towels. There were no complementary sundries. No hangers or closet . Only a shelf . TV remote didn’t work. Probably needed batteries. Noisy guests upstairs so didn’t sleep well. .

This property was Horrible from the staff To smell to the people staying on the 4th fl 😤 The lady at the front desk told me that the smoking area was in the back by the trash dumpster and it was in the dark . Drug sales and prostitution going on out in front of hotel and “in the smoking area in the back”! never again Will I stay there !

The room has roaches The staff was helpful, polite and courteous, making check-in a breeze. After placing my belongings down in the room and preparing to shower. I saw small roaches crawling on the floor, in this case more than just one. They were in the bedroom and bathroom. When it comes to accessories or extra items, there was only soap. No lotion, shampoo, conditioner or toothpaste in the room. The internet was low-grade, unless you pay an additional amount.

Stay away!!!!!! When I dropped my things off during the place seemed ok. When we came back later in the evening there was fire trucks, police and an ambulance, so we decided to go get some food till things settled down. When we came back the commotion was still going. We went in through the back door, it was then I realized we were staying at a half way house, with what looked like drugs being sold in the parking lot and propel doing who’s knows what at the back door.
