Never Judge A Book by It's Cover A crackhouse. One of the worst places I've ever stayed. Looked nice from the outside. Inside was a mess. Wanted to go somewhere else and eat the 90bucksbut the front desk lost my license for 4 hours. Stay away...

Service good Room bad The First night we checked in the face basin was leaking in the bathroom so they transferred us to another room which was even worst because roaches was on the wall, and behind the fridge. We then switch back to the original room cause we would rather deal with a leaking sink than roaches. I didn't expect much based on its location. The staff did there best but it is what it is a motel

The beds were hard my lower back was killing me. I switched rooms the same thing also AC & fridge was making noise all night. you can hear people talking yelling in the rooms above and next store to you. ask for a 1 pm checkout was charged $20, I was denied a reasonable accommodation even tho I am disabled in a wheelchair. I NEVER had to pay a late checkout fee in all the years of staying in hotels across the US. I will NEVER stay at Woodspring Suites again.
