We stayed 2 days and didn’t get our room cleaned or fresh towels. There were no complementary sundries. No hangers or closet . Only a shelf . TV remote didn’t work. Probably needed batteries. Noisy guests upstairs so didn’t sleep well. .

This property was Horrible from the staff To smell to the people staying on the 4th fl 😤 The lady at the front desk told me that the smoking area was in the back by the trash dumpster and it was in the dark . Drug sales and prostitution going on out in front of hotel and “in the smoking area in the back”! never again Will I stay there !

The room has roaches The staff was helpful, polite and courteous, making check-in a breeze. After placing my belongings down in the room and preparing to shower. I saw small roaches crawling on the floor, in this case more than just one. They were in the bedroom and bathroom. When it comes to accessories or extra items, there was only soap. No lotion, shampoo, conditioner or toothpaste in the room. The internet was low-grade, unless you pay an additional amount.

Stay away!!!!!! When I dropped my things off during the place seemed ok. When we came back later in the evening there was fire trucks, police and an ambulance, so we decided to go get some food till things settled down. When we came back the commotion was still going. We went in through the back door, it was then I realized we were staying at a half way house, with what looked like drugs being sold in the parking lot and propel doing who’s knows what at the back door. I didn’t like or appreciate the condition of the bathrooms mind particularly had a very horrible smell almost like it smelled like P and there were pubic hairs in my shower and my sink was all stained from somebody cigarettes and God knows what else and honestly that is the most important room in a hotel and the whole reason why I got a hotel that night was to be able to shower

One thing I learned after staying at this property - You get what you pay for, if cheap is all you can afford then don't expect much. 1.The room was basic and appeared clean but in fact was not. My daughter walked on the floor in her white socks within a few minutes her socks were heavily discolored from the dirty floor. 2. Although this property provides a stove and microwave, they do not provide any cooking essentials. the place is run down. the luggage cart was so rusty that the posts came off the cart, and they did not know where the other cart was, ( it appears they only have 2 ) so i had to carry my luggage by hand

Bugs in the room. There was only one bath towel, one washcloth for each and one bar of soap. No shampoo and no hairdryer. No room service at all. The room was dirty against the walls and hair in the bathtub/shower. For over $160 per night it was a travelers nightmare.

Mr Savluk Worst place ever. Management and workers are sub par at best. Cockroaches in EVERY room avoid this place like the PLAGUE
