Smelled of smoke and asked for non smoking It would have been fine but I requested a non smoking room because I have asthma but later found out it was only a request and could not be guaranteed. The room smelled of smoke and gave my daughter and I both headaches. It was clean but definitely smelled of smoke and for that fact, I will not stay there again. It was close to where we needed to be.

Don't stay here Lobby was empty and we had to wait almost 20 mins for someone to check us in. The guy running lobby is rude. The place smells. Oh the area was just wow. Love homeless bothering me for cash

This wasnt the best experience. From the outside it looks nice. Once you enter the first door, the smell of someone smoking smacks you in the face. Once you enter the second door after your checked in was no different. We reached our floor and yet again the stench of cigarettes greeted us. We reached our room and it was damp even though the AC said 73. We dropped it to 65 and left for dinner, when we came back the room was still damp. My money wasn’t any good here after 11am Hotel refused to work with me on daily payment cut off time. Required payment by 11am. As if my money wasn’t good at 4-5 pm. I offered to even remain locked out of the room until payibg at 4-5pm. I’m a small 2 employee local business and use Hotels regularly. Usually when speaking to the front desk And explaining the situation inever have an issue. Not the case here. They would rather run the risk of possibly not renting the room. It smelled like cigarette smoke. Says renovated in Dec 2016 but is seems like they just tried to paint over the smell.

The worst Woodspring Suites I have ever stayed in When I arrived at the hotel no one was there to check me in. After calling multiple times no one came to check in. So I called woodspring Suites customer service to finally get somebody down to check us in. 30 minutes later. I double checked with the hotel staff that it was a non-smoking room. I was told yes.
