The pros and cons Rooms are ok, very basic, but nice to have a kitchenette. Blind's are paper thin, with no curtains. Light filters into the room from the building and parking lot all night long. You are basically sleeping in daylight all night. Also, you can hear doors slamming, people talking in next door rooms, people walking above, I4 traffic, heck I even heard what seemed to be a baby mobile from the next room, all day and night. The bed was soiled, also hair and bed. Check in there was no attendit at the desk. Not very helpful at all.

In addition to friendly service, we are known for our super clean rooms and we are embarrassed that we disappointed you. About getting checked in, since we specialize in extended stays, we have set office hours instead of a 24-hour Front Desk. Were you able to use the lobby phone to alert the on-call staff that you needed to be checked in? I hope there was not a problem with that.
Stolen bike I had my motorcycle stolen and they didn't have any cameras and could do absoulety nothing at all whatsoever to help me find or get it back, they just implied that I needed to call the police

Get there at 12:30 am and no one was in the front desk waited for 1 hour !! Tire of driving 5 hours .. call the hotel number and was busy ..

Bed was hard n horrible, no curtains in windows,smelled like cigarettes,dogs barking,outside area dirty n sorrounding was dark areas not enough lights n near highway.
