Never Again Tub filled with water during showering. Too much noise in hallway all day. Upstairs A/C dripped on my A/C all night.... drip, drip, drip.... mattress was horrific. The only thing that was noted was that I didn’t see any roaches. Surprisingly....

The room and hallways smell like cigarette smoke. Even though is a none smoking room there where ashtrays in the room ..

Pros: The linens on the beds and towels in bathrooms were very clean. The fridge was also clean. Overall the room was clean. Free parking was nice. Having a kitchen to cook if you wanted to was nice too. No pots or pans though! Cons: The entire hotel reeked of cigarette smoke!!! Awful!!! This hotel is a smokers paradise and a nonsmoker nightmare. We specifically requested a nonsmoking room. I don’t think the hotel has such a thing!! There was an ash tray in our nonsmoking room!!! The staff was pleasant and helpful. However our room had bugs, they messed up our room key and had an old man walk in on my wife and daughter while I was out, so needless to say we did not feel safe there at all

This Hotel was supposed to be smoke free! It had a strong smell of smoke! I am allergic to smoke and my throat was swollen when we stayed there! We had no other place to go and had paid $380 for a few nights, so I had to suffer through being uncomfortable! Opened the window and had bought fans to try to relieve my discomfort! No one came and exchanged our towels (which we only had one towel and one washcloth each!) I had asked the front desk about our towels and she said we had to bring them down ourselves to exchange them. ... read more

Check in early or pay the price. Perhaps my review would be better had my check in process been decent. 1. They tried to charge me for checking in ‘after hours’ (at midnight). 2. It took over half an hour on hold with a call Center just to get someone to check me in. Both these issues were NOT on the reservation I received.

Disappointing It's nice on the outside but the entire place (elevator and nonsmoking rooms included smell like cigarette smoke). There are no toiletries. Just for soap I had to go downstairs and ask for some. No iron. You get a bed, small table, two chairs, microwave, sink, full size fridge. That is it. No closet. Clothes hang on a rack on the wall. no cups not even a spoon. But you can rent all utensils for a fee

Really could do better The first night we got there we found a bed bug. We were moved to another room as quick as possible. And they had an exterminator come in the next day. This hotel is cheap to stay at but you’ll spend more money because of that. You have to pay for kitchen supplies. There is no breakfast area so you must buy your own breakfast.
