Where to start? We had tickets to tigers ball game and contacted staff couple days earlier to try to get early check in and thought all was good until we got there was told not until 3 pm game started at 105pm no place to put dog so spent money on tickets through them into trash Room was pretty plain for 150 bucks a night no siap no anything tried to get some nevervarrived Will never stay at this chain again and will let as many as I can know why?

Had to request a refund because when I went to check in there was no one in the front and the *500 number they tell you to call for someone to come up wasn’t being answered

Woodsprings The worst hotel we have ever stayed in front desk was never there. No amienties what so ever. Smelled of cigarette smoke. Disgusting having to smell that. Nothing good to say about this hotel at all. Maybe one thing the laundry room was in good condition.

Slow check in, key didn’t work, bathroom sink an shower drain stopped up

Don’t go here Not clean ,, room and bathroom was not clean , sheets had spots on both beds ,asked for a smoke free room and was told when checking in it was no smoking, got to the room can smell the smoke on the floor open the door room was full of smoke. I called the front desk all night about no answer had go down but it was locked up after waiting over 40min Lady came from the back rude didn’t want to help . Bother smoke on hall even our room is no smoke even still smell, toilet some problem flush still water not stop and bed had ants. I hope u will check it.
