No one at front desk at 10 pm. Room had no shampoo. Was not very clean Bugs in my bed. I left in the middle of the night. Place is a dive

Bad hotel! I was given a smocking room that smelled bad. I asked to be switched and they said there were no more rooms to go down to get a refund and find another hotel! Late at night in a place that I am not familiar with I wasn’t going to do that. Then when I went into the bathroom I noticed that the toilet was broken and would not stop running and it was noisy. They said no one was there to fix it! I asked for a refund and they would not do it. Worst service ever!!!!

Nothing unique. Very basic Outdated room, except for the TV. No Coffee, etc., only machines for soda, chips, etc. I would not stay there again.

Stained towels, no front desk staff until 8am, needed additional towels on a 1 night stay. I did not want to use the stained towels, had to use my tshirt.

We arrived at property around 10pm Office was closed, after 6 calls to after hours office and costumer service someone shows up after 40/45 to check us in after they gave us a room with one bed that look like twin size very small size to fit 2 people, and the reservation said double bed, Refrigerator still has a food left from old guest, bath tub was clogged and water was just filling up, room smell bad, we cant stay the night, we called costumer service back they offer the refund, worst experience by far...

This property advertisement says no smoking but yet the whole building and room smelled like smoke ! Had no choice to stay since I couldn’t find another hotel or get a refund !! I would never recommend this property to anyone

Duane Elkins Owner DDE Service's Inc I took a business associate to see the Tigers at Joker Marchant & the hotel was very dirty, also who has guests pay for Wifi today & no lamps in the room, I will not stay there again
