Gross! Horrible!!! First of all we get there at had to wait about 30 minutes at the window to check in because no one was there! No employees to be seen! We finally get our keys and go up to our room and a sworm of baby cockroaches ran out of the room just as we open the door! The whole room was filled with cockroaches, on the walls, in the toilet bowl, we even woke up at 3 am to see cockroaches on our pillow, we just got up and left! Horrible, never again!

Cucarachas (Cockroach) Lleno de cucarachas, la habitación tiene una cocineta y no la limpian, tampoco se hace responsable, con los brazos en la cintura te dicen que ni modos, tuvimos que conseguir otro hotel. Full of cockroaches, the room has a kitchenette and they don't clean it, they don't take responsibility either, we had to get another hotel.

No me respetaron la reservacion me dijeron que el chekin se hacia antes de las 2am llegue alas 1:40 estaba cerrado la oficina lobby marque me hicieron esperar 1 hora afuera cuando abren el lobby alas 2:40 me dicen que se vencio la entrada de chekin que era hasta las 2 am cuando estube esperando ahi mas de 1 hora y no me dejaron hospedarme despues de haber pagado

No one was at the front desk day 1 and even though we called and rang the bell no one came. My daughter was forced to sleep in her car day in and then management made arrangements to extend the reservation 1 day through monday to check out on tuesday the retracted agreement and refunded one day stay. Staff is terrible and don’t know a thing, either not being trained right and/or/plus manager never around. Belonging were removed from my room without even a phone call, infested with roaches, will not provide towels, don’t have extra key cards.
