Carpet in the room was not vacuumed. There was a strong smell of something that was recently cleaned up. The scent of whatever was used to clean up was overpowering. Bathroom lacked hand towels, washcloths. I asked a washcloth and was told “they were in the dryer.” No offer to bring one to me. Bathroom was not completely cleaned. There was a used towel hanging on the bathroom door.

Alright experience Got there and it took like 15 minutes before someone came up to check me in. I had to sign a lot of paperwork it was like signing my rights away. Then I got into my room and the ac unit was not working it was extremely hot. I dropped down the temperature in hopes it will get cooler. gave it like an hour and nothing. I liked the security measures set in place and i liked the location. But I had to buy scentsy for my room because the dloor smelled like urine, im guessing from previous guests who had pets. By the end of my stay it was very strong.

They try to be good Service was excellent, they responded to my concerns immediately but could not take care of them at that time. The window blind was broken so you could see through it and the tv was broken so I could not watch weather for work the next day. Just a heads up, If you stay here check everything in room and report it so they can’t say you broke it. Other than that the room was clean and quiet
